special talent

A moment when I discovered my hobbie was when I went to my grandmother´s house and she asked me to cook with her. Ive never cooked anything in my life before and didn´t know if I would be able to to it. We started to gather all the ingredients to bake a cake and mixed them together. While we were cooking  I realized how fun it was and how much I liked it. After we finished the cake I wasnt sure what to expect of it because I thought it would taste really bad but it actually tasted good and everything turned out fine. After that day I started going to my grandmother´s house and asked her to teach me new recepies and to cook with me. For a period of time I only cooked with her because I was afraid to do it by myself and I was scared I wouldn´t be able to do it alone. One day she told me to bake a cake by myself and she would only watch me, I was afraid I wouldn´t be able to do it but I did and it turned out just fine. Since that time I cook by myself and always try new recipes and then show them to her. Im glad my grandma taught me how to cook and gave me the courage to do it by myself. I think that if she hadn´t teach me I would have never know how much I really like to do it and how fun it is. Now cooking is my favorite hobbie and I love to learn different recepies every time.

Characterization: Litte Women

A person I know that is like a charcter in Little Women is my cousin and she reminds me of Jo. The are similar because they are both tomboys and always say what they think. They are also alike because they both love to read and wish they could do it more often. The ways in which they differ is that Jo is funny and likes to amuse people which my cousin doesn´t like to do very much. 

From what I have read so far that the two characters that are most like me are Beth and Meg. The character that I think resembles me the most and its also my favorite character is Beth. We are both shy and dreamy and not so outspoken. We are also very quiet and proper at all times. Beth is also like me in the way that we care about other people and try to make them feel comfortable in any situation. I also like the idea that as I keep reading I will learn every time more about Beth and see what other things we have in common.
